How long will my order take?
Orders can take up to 10 working days to prepare. They are then shipped through Australia Post from regional NSW so please allow adequate time before your event to ensure that you receive your order in time. Please note that banners can take up to four weeks to produce. If you're ordering other products that you want delivered faster, please place a separate order for them. Otherwise they will be sent with the banners.
What events are your ribbons suitable for?
Any event, big or small.
We have made ribbons for pony clubs, equestrian events, campdrafts, dog shows, cat shows, bird and poultry shows, agriculture shows, cattle shows, school sports carnivals, private events and more.
Where are your products made?
They are made in our workshop on the mid-north coast of NSW by us.
Can I get a font/design that isn’t on your website?
Probably :-) Please get in touch with us and we'll try our best to match what you are looking for. We regularly do custom orders.
I used to order through Hoof Prints Show Ribbons. Is that you?
Yes, it’s us! We have changed our name to HP Show Ribbons but our products, service and quality remain the same. Our other site is still up and running if you'd like to take a look.
